8^th Street Wine Company is about Great Food, Friendly Service, and Good Times. 

Opened in July of 2006, 8^th Street Wine Company brought Proprietors Jennifer and Erik McLaughlin's love of Food, Wine, and Friends to Downtown Boise.  The McLaughlin's also own Bungalow Restaurant in Boise's historic Hyde Park.  Extensive renovations to one of Boise's oldest warehouse buildings brought a light, airy feel and beautiful Belle Epoque design flourishes to the former Milford's Fish House location. 

The menu draws influences from around the world, but is unified by a simple love for delicious food that is easy to enjoy and share with friends.  The beverage program at 8^th Street Wine Company is unprecedented in Boise, with over 50 wines by the glass and over 1000 wines by the bottle as well as inventive cocktails and hand crafted beers.  Located within the Wine Company is a comprehensive Wine Shop that offers an amazing selection of wines from every region of the world. 

8^th Street Wine Company has opened to critical acclaim.  FOOD & WINE Magazine has already named it one of America's top 15 "Most Amazing Wine Experiences" and The Idaho Statesman called it "Wine Lovers' Paradise",  with "Idaho's Best Wines" according to TIME Magazine, the Boise Weekly called it "a great place to slow down and savor".  And the Boise Journal stated that "when it comes to wine, there is no equal".
